If you use the account registration feature, we may collect your email address and display name. The Service can be used without creating an account. - Event information
Information necessary for scheduling, such as event name, description, candidate dates and times, and response option settings. - Response information
Information related to responses, including respondent name, attributes (affiliation, class, etc.), response content, and comments. - Automatically collected information
Information automatically collected through use of the Service, such as device information, access logs, and language settings.
Article 3 (Purpose of Use)
The Company uses the collected information for the following purposes.
- Provision, operation, and improvement of the Service
- Responding to user support inquiries
- Creating statistical information (in a non-personally identifiable form)

Data for the Service is stored in Google Cloud's Tokyo region (asia-northeast1). The Company implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect personal information.

The Service and external services (such as Firebase Analytics) may use cookies or similar technologies. Firebase Authentication also uses IndexedDB and localStorage to maintain authentication state. localStorage is used to save language preferences.
