Article 1 (Scope)
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") set forth the conditions for using TimeDock (https://timedock.site, hereinafter referred to as "the Service") operated by AINNA Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). These Terms apply to all users of the Service. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "The Service" refers to TimeDock, the scheduling and coordination service provided by the Company.
- "User" refers to any person who uses the Service, regardless of whether they have registered an account.
Article 3 (Accounts)
The Service can be used without creating an account. If you choose to register an account, you agree to the following.
- You will keep your registration information accurate and up to date
- You are responsible for managing your account
- The Company is not liable for any damages resulting from unauthorized use of your account
Article 4 (Prohibited Activities)
Users shall not engage in the following activities when using the Service.
- Activities that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
- Activities that interfere with the operation of the Service
- Unauthorized access, reverse engineering, decompilation, or similar activities
- Activities that infringe on the rights of other users or third parties
- Registering false information
- Using the Service for commercial purposes without the Company's permission (including scraping)
Article 5 (Service Provision)
Users acknowledge the following regarding the provision of the Service.
- The Service is provided "as is"
- The Company may change, suspend, or terminate the Service without prior notice
- The Company will endeavor to provide advance notice for significant changes, but may provide notice after the fact in urgent situations
Article 6 (Content)
Copyright in events, responses, and other data created by users on the Service belongs to the respective users. However, the Company may use such data to the extent necessary for the provision and operation of the Service.
Article 7 (Disclaimer)
- The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Service.
- The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service.
- The Company shall not be involved in or liable for any disputes between users or between users and third parties.
Article 8 (Changes to Terms)
The Company may modify these Terms as necessary. The modified Terms shall take effect from the time they are posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office as the court of first instance.
